  • Refunds are not provided for partial months or unused washes.
  • If a payment fails, the subscription may be suspended until payment is successfully processed.
  • A $15 failed payment fee may be applied if the payment method on file is declined.
  • If payment is not updated within 7 days, the subscription will be canceled automatically.
  • Sudzilla Car Wash and Detailing Inc. reserves the right to terminate a subscription if misuse, abuse, or policy violations are detected.

11. Cancellation & Refund Policy

One-Time Services

  • Customers can cancel or reschedule a one-time car wash or detailing appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time.
  • Cancellations made within less than 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee of 15% of the booked service.
  • If you are not present for your scheduled appointment, no refund will be issued, as our team has already allocated time and travelled to your location.

12. Service Area & Availability

  • Sudzilla Car Wash and Detailing Inc. provides mobile services in the following cities:
    Chilliwack, Abbotsford, Langley, Maple Ridge, Pitt Meadows, Mission, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, Burnaby, Surrey, White Rock, Delta, Richmond, New Westminster, Vancouver, North Vancouver, and West Vancouver.
  • Appointments outside these areas may be subject to availability and may incur an additional travel fee.

13. Weather & Service Conditions

  • Sudzilla Car Wash and Detailing Inc. operates in most weather conditions, including rain. However, in cases of severe weather (such as heavy storms, snow, extreme cold, or hazardous conditions), we may need to reschedule for safety reasons or to maintain service quality.
  • If rescheduling is necessary, we will notify you at least 3 hours in advance and work with you to find a new appointment time as soon as possible.

14. Access to Vehicle & Property Requirements

  • Customers must provide access to their vehicle and ensure a safe, legal parking space where we can work.
  • If the vehicle is in a restricted area or not accessible at the scheduled time, no refund will be issued, as our team has already allocated time and travelled to your location.
  • We are not responsible for any fines, tickets, or towing fees if the vehicle is parked in an unauthorized area.

15. Customer Responsibilities

  • Please remove all personal belongings from the vehicle before your appointment. Sudzilla Car Wash and Detailing Inc. is not responsible for lost or damaged items left inside.
  • If your vehicle requires special cleaning services (such as pet hair removal, stain treatment, or odor elimination), please notify us in advance, as additional fees may apply.
  • Customers should ensure access to water and electricity at the service location. If this is not available, please let us know in advance so we can bring our own supplies.

16. Vehicle Condition & Liability

  • We will not be held responsible for pre-existing damage to the vehicle, including scratches, dents, or upholstery stains.
  • If we identify any pre-existing damage, we may document it with photos before starting the service.
  • Some stains, odors, or deep scratches may not be fully removable despite our best efforts.

17. Refunds & Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If you are unsatisfied with your service, please notify us within 24 hours so we can address the issue.
  • Refunds are offered at our discretion and only if we are unable to resolve a complaint.

Special Service Terms

18. Pet Hair & Biohazard Cleaning Fees

  • Excessive pet hair removal requires additional time and specialized cleaning. A surcharge of $50 may apply based on the severity.
  • Biohazard cleaning (e.g., vomit, blood, urine, mold, mildew) requires extra sanitization. A minimum surcharge of $80 will be applied, and pricing may vary based on the severity of contamination.
  • Customers should inform us in advance if their vehicle requires these additional services to ensure proper scheduling and pricing.

19. Corporate & Fleet Service Terms

  • Sudzilla Car Wash and Detailing Inc. offers bulk and corporate services for businesses with multiple vehicles.
  • Fleet services require a signed service agreement outlining pricing, frequency, and payment terms.
  • Discounts may be available for businesses with 25 or more vehicles on a recurring service plan.
  • Payment for fleet services is due as per agreed terms, and late payments beyond 7 days may incur a late fee of $1500.
